Enable Rich editor for your Jcow Network.
Installation:
step.1 Extract the folder "tiny_mce" to "http://your_jcow_network/js/".
step.2 Make sure the folder structure is correct so that the "http://your_jcow_network/js/tiny_mce/tiny_mce.js" is available.
step.3 Once you done it, Jcow will automatically enabled the WYSIWYG Editor.
Enable Rich editor for your Jcow Network.
